As part of the Project Development Assistance (PDA) for regions and cities project, a total of 26 European regions – including regions in overseas territories – are receiving technical and organizational support in the detailed planning and development of hydrogen projects in two project phases, and around 75 other regions are receiving technical support as part of the PDA Observer Network.
PDA Regions, Phase I & II
Project description:
In cooperation with partner companies and under the leadership of SPILETT, existing project ideas are transformed into project plans, suitable implementation and financing strategies are developed, to be put into practice by the regions shortly after the end of the support.

Project management, concept and project development in four regions, supervision of the European PDA Observer network.
